We offer five apartments in which up to 6 people find place on 41 – 65 m². So the Alpine Chalet Niederkofler is the ideal accommodation for couples and for large families. Your apartment has either a balcony or a direct access to our lawn. A magnificent view of the Zillertal Alps and warm sunshines are therefore in any case guaranteed! We have furnished all rooms modernly and comfortably, so you can feel at home. Bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all extras, from linens, dishes, towels to TV and internet (Wi-Fi). We will gladly provide an extra bed, cot or a high chair for children. For the kitchen we can offer a toaster and a kettle upon request. Moreover you are welcome to use our utility and drying room to store your skis, boots and bikes or mountain bikes. Use also our bread service delivery. Our tip: If you do not feel to cook by yourselves, let be pampered with local delicacies or tasty pizzas just 200m away from the Alpine Chalet Niederkofler at the Restaurant & Pizzeria.

No matter in which time of the year you want to travel, at the Alpine Chalet Niederkofler you are always welcome in spring, summer, autumn and winter! In Ahrn valley you have many opportunities to spend a fun-filled holiday. In winter, the nearby largest ski resort in South Tyrol, Kronplatz and the two ski areas Klausberg and Speikboden, only 4km away, are waiting to be conquered by you.

You can satisfy your hiking desire along the sun paths of the Ahrn valley and in the Nature Park Rieserferner Ahrn, while mountaineers enjoy their stay in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and climb the Three Peaks. Even friends of art and culture as well as gourmets get their money’s worth: museums, castles and events such as the cattle drive from the alpine pastures in autumn provide adequate opportunity for that.
