Our prices& included services

The stated daily rates are intended per apartment with the specified normal occupancy
(type B = 2 persons; type C = 4 persons)

Prices and Discounts

The prices are for stays of at least 4 nights per apartment with an occupancy of 2 persons in apartment type B and occupancy of 4 persons in apartment type C.

Final cleaning is included in the price for a minimum stay of 7 days. For stays shorter than 7 days, between € 30.00 and € 70.00 will be charged for the final cleaning.

Extra charge of 15% on the daily apartment rate for stays up to 4 days.

Please understand that we basically rent our apartments only on weekly basis in the high season.

• Children paradise – For children even more excitement, fun and attraction for our younger guests, the games room equipped with a climbing wall, Clipp clap table, soft Lego, various wall games, and much more … .. So parents can finally really relax
• SAUNA SANARIUM with sensorial shower and relaxation room. The sauna access and sauna towels are provided free of charge
• Heated ski and drying room – Here your ski equipment is kept safe and your skis and hiking boots are warm and dry
• Proximity to the ski and recreation area Skiworld Ahrntal Klausberg (Valle Aurina / Monte Chiusetta) and Speikboden (Monte Spicco) as well as Plan de Corones - You may reach the skiing areas Klausberg and Speikboden in approx. 5 minutes by car. The regular bus stop and the ski bus stop are approx. 300 m from our house.
• Discounts on ski equipment – Our guests receive discounts on ski equipment at the ski rental Sporting (skischuleklausberg.com)
• Bike rental – We put at your disposal our mountain bikes for free. Just remember to take your helmets with you! The use is at your own risk!

• HOLIDAY PASS Premium – Free mobility in South Tyrol! Leave your car, please use the public bus and train services and explore for free with the Holiday Pass Premium our beautiful South Tyrol. Free use of all public transport of the South Tyrolean transport system – regional trains to Trento, buses, City- buses and all public cable cars.

The amount of local tax of 2,40 € per day and person above 14 years of age is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay.

Discounts for children

Kids up to 3 years stay with us free of charge.
Kids from 3 to 14 years: 13,00 € fixed price per day
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

Only on request we charge for Dogs 12,00 € per day without food. Cats are not allowed.

Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit is paid within 1 week by 150,00 €  per week (high season: 300,00 €).

Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.

Bank details:
Our bank details will be sent to you via email as soon as you make your reservation. After receiving the deposit on our account, the pre-reservation will be converted into a final reservation.

Payment: Please pay your bill the night before departure by cash or by non-transferable check.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day the apartment will ready for you starting from 1 p.m. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your apartment not later than 9 a.m.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code):

Cancellation terms

• For cancellations within 2 months prior to arrival we will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee
• If you cancel between 2 months and 30 days (included) before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed total price
• If you cancel between 30 days and 1 week (7 days) before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed total price
• For cancellations less than 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the total price

In case of “no show” or early departure, the guest is required to fully pay for the entire booking period.

Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

Cancellation insurance

You never know…
We are looking forward to your visit. However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.
