The centuries traditional ritual of sauna strengthens body and mind and is proven as a particularly conducive to your health. The very hot and dry air ensures maximum muscle relaxation and complete detoxification and also cleanses your skin. For people whom the dry heat is too extreme for, wellness takes place in our sanarium in Ahrn valley. This is a gentle sauna, which is distinguished from the Finnish sauna by the milder temperature of only 50 degrees Celsius and a humidity of 50%. After the sauna you can freshen up under the rain shower and in the relaxation room.
